The food we tend to eat offers our bodies the "information" and materials they have to operate properly. If we do not get the correct info, our metabolic processes suffer and our health declines. If we tend to get an excessive amount of food, or food that provides our bodies the incorrect directions, we are able to become overweight, malnourished, and in danger for the event of diseases and conditions, like inflammatory disease, diabetes, and heart condition.

short, what we tend to eat
is central to our health. Think
